From the Center for Leadership Development

Western Seminary established the Center for Leadership Development (CLD) to provide a broad range of biblical, theological, and ministerial training resources to the local church. This ministry has produced over 70 non-credit online courses, many taught by Western faculty and alumni.

In early 2022, Western made the decision to shift away from the production of new CLD courses, as we turn our focus to offering a wider range of free resources through Transform. At the same time, we are pleased to provide full access to the entire CLD course library for our ministry partners, friends, and the local church at no cost!

Even though CLD courses are non-credit, many of them do offer CEUs (Continuing Education Units) through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). If you’d like to take advantage of this, you will find more information at the end of any course that offers CEUs.
